PROTON SAGA BLM WITH PJ3 BI-XENON PROJECTOR WITH DRL

This is the 1st time i did the 1.5w drl for saga blm model. Looks pretty with complete work. haha!

1st, have to measure the space which i want to apply the drl module, and base on the quantity of the led, marked and sit the drl properly on the surface, and i partly smoked the chrome rs cover with the high temp spray paint.

BLM reflector is big, so it can fit in biggest 2.8" bi-xenon projector easily, and its looks huge into the reflector.

After projector fit into the reflector, join the RS cover back to the back cover. Partly smoked design the headlamp doesn't looks too dark. 



daaalannnnggg! The complete work! 5pcs of 1.5w drl and bi-xenon pj3 projector + angel eyes!

PROTON SATRIA NEO PJ5 BI-XENON PROJECTOR RETROFIT

This post i'm going to share Proton Satria Neo with PJ5 bi-xenon projector replacement into stock headlamp, if you own a Satria neo i believe that you have the same problem with the headlamp which light output weak and short distance lighting coverage (even using hid cant really get what you expect). Great is the car owner follow my blog for over 2 years and he is now decide give a try out on his headlamp.

After dismantle the headlamp, i fit the pj5 projector on the bracket, it's just a small modify and the projector can fit on the stock bracket perfectly with screwed. As picture show.=)

The next step screwed back the projector on the RS cover, doesnt it look original from the picture shown? 

This's how it look like after attach it back to the headlamp hausing. no matter from front or rear side, the headlamp showing in perfectly complete without extra modified or unwanted damage.

This is complete custom-work! It's time ready for installation!

This is hows the pj5 bi-xenon projector light out put and light coverage. doesnt it your expectation? =)

This is the outlook after projector retrofit, as owner do not want those fancy, so i just keep the original look with projector replacement. From outside you cant even realize this headlamp arld had replaced the stock projector.

MAZDA BT-50 BI-XENON PROJECTOR + DRL

Mazda BT-50 is the new mazda truck model which launch in malaysia last year(2012), i heard that alot of the complain about the stock headlamp design with the huge piece of the orange signal cover. Here is the chance that i got couple order from reseller, and re-design the bt-50 headlamp.

For my design, 1st i will definitely remove the disgusting orange color signal cover!

After dismantle the front headlamp cover, separate the inner part and take out the reflector bowl for projector retrofit.

This is part of my design, which is smoked the reflector bowl to matte black color and this way make the projector lens more outstanding from the headlamp.

After remove the orange color signal cover, i also smoked the signal part into matte black, and apply 4pcs of 1.5w drl each side on the RS cover. As the background color matte black, the drl is like few diamond in the headlamp. haha! The DRL showing like double raw due to the chrome/mirror surface, its look pretty cool.

The final part which join all the separate part back in complete headlamp, ccfl and drl testing before send out the headlamp.

This is 1 of the customer car with the new headlamp look, how is it? a big different before custom work rite? The whole headlamp into black only the chrome lining part (rs cover) surround the projector.
