MITSUBISHI LANCER GT/ EVO X 2012 WITH PJ5(D2S/H7) BI-XENON PROJECTOR

Mitsubishi Lancer GT/ EVO X, This model in Malaysia doesn't come with any projector lens, owner worry about if upgrade to hid will bring trouble to other driver, so he decided to upgrade hid kits with projector lens. As he tried our 06 year BMW e46 projector lens on his previous car(waja), and he gonna try out the latest projector lens since i did the projector comparison last few months in the blog.

i'm trying to make it as close as original design, so i'm using the latest pj5 dedicate projector shroud on it. As owner require the headlamp without any fancy accessories and design, but the headlamp match with car overlook just right.

After installation, is time to adjust and test the lighting as usual, owner was shock with the light output compare to his previous car that installed with the e46 projector. Car and the wall distance is about 20 meters, and you can see the Z point(center point) is full of purple line, and the center lighting is cover average.

MAZDA 6 WITH 10 CCFL MODIFICATION.

This is the Mazda6 2007 model, the headlamp comes with the 4 light which is combine low beam projector, high beam, signal light and fog light projector.

As owner require, i install 10 ccfl for the headlamp which is 8 angel eyes(outer ccfl ring) and 2 demon eyes(inner ccfl ring), i'm using PC 3mm/T ccfl rings for the modification.

For those multi ccfl rings installation, i will more recommend for white or yellow, outlook will be more simple and clean. This headlight is not look complicated in visual, because there is 4 white ccfl rings match with the red demon eyes. In the night time this is the real focus point on the road. For those ccfl installation is only increase the outlook, it won't be glare or bring trouble to incoming car.

HONDA CRV 06 WITH PJ3 BI-XENON PROJECTOR

Honda CR-V 06, this is the facelift version, which is with the quad reflector headlamp(low beam and high beam seperated). Owner Mr.Shafiq gonna change the existing headlamp to a new look, beside of smoke the headlamp with 600'c high.temp paint, he also looking for the brighter lighting and not to glare to other driver on the road. So, i'm using the TAIWAN LIGHTMASTER's lastest production pj3 projector and 40W hid kits lighting system.

The reason of i'm adhere to using TAIWAN LIGHTMASTER products, because of the medium price with grade A quality(refer to the feedback of this projector in my facebook account). I had tired to try those cheap china projector lens, focus point and light output is real weak. United State products like fx-r is really good projector, but pricing is much more higher than taiwan kits.

After few years doing experiment in projector lighting system, i found out taiwan projector with reasonable price and amazing lighting performance(show as last photo). Even the brightness(lux) is the highest number i never get before, lux: 733 x 100cd maximum! comapare to old taiwanese e46 replica projector it is 423 x 100cd maximum, from the number we can see taiwanese products get breakthrough. as picture show, i'm using LIGHTMASTER pj3 bi-xenon projector lens, bi-xenon projector which mean high beam and low beam function within a projector. The spacing of the headlamp is big, so installation takes me only about 5 hours with complete work.

Basement parking is my BFF.=D because daytime we cant test for the lighting, so basically i will just go to the basement parking and adjust the headlamp. In the picture i'm adjusted about 85' degree, and the lighting can go through at least 50 meters(suv)! the high beam definitely can get at least 70 meters++, and u will ask me how about the projector wider view? i will say in malaysia it is more than enough, it can be shoot 5 lane on highway(i will share in next few post). HONDA CITY 4G WITH BI-XENON PROJECTOR

Honda city 4g which is the H4 reflector headlamp, because of the halogen bulb with stock headlamp the owner cant really see clear the road during night time, so he decide to upgrade to H4 hid kits. After upgrade to hid kits, as owner mention, always keep flashing my in coming car. Because it is really glare, are you realize H4 reflector matching with the hid kits you can only see though the 5 to 15 meters? ( additional issue is no high beam function).

My question is why do you spend for a lighting system you cant really see the road and hurt to other people?=) i will suggest you guys who planing to upgrade H4 halogen bulb to hid system, do not change it. because you may bring trouble to incoming car and yourself. for H4 car i will recommend stand for stock halogen bulb, if you wan to use hid please looking for a projector which is wont bring the danger to incoming car.

This is the Pj3 projector light out put, as picture show it is 35w 5000k hid kits, but do you guys realize both size the wall with a very clean cut off line? yes, it is the function of shield, projector with the function cut off the unwanted light (glare), that's why i said the hid must match with hid kits. As in the picture the light output is shooting to 40meters ++ and high beam 70meters++, compare to hid system on H4 reflector 5 to 15meters(brightest lighting coverage) do you think it is enough? and no high beam is it safety for your journey?

HONDA ACCORD 2010 WITH PJ3 BIXENON PROJECTOR

This is honda accord 2010 2.4 model, the headlamp reflector is special design for D2R(hid) use, somehow it is still glaring sometime. The owner require for projector retrofit which is even using hid kits, won't be glare to incoming car. I'm using pj5 for the retrofit work which is support for H7/D2S.

since the retrofit work need to open the headlamp, owner add on the 4 white ccfl rings.

From the picture, you can see the headlamp is very simple and clean, because owner do not want the fancy design, so i just try the way to make it as simple as possible.

BMW E34 QITH QUAD ANGEL EYES.

Hey guys, I'm so sorry i had a long long time did update my blog, i have a good news which is about we moving to new workshop in june. i was super busy about that, thats why i have no time to write the blog.

This is the bmw e34, because of the headlamp age over 15 years, so owner plan to re-condition. i'm replace the 4 glass lens and add on the quad angel eyes and 40w H1 high performance hid kits.
