HONDA CB1000R HRC WITH 2.6" BI-XENON PROJECTOR WITH DEMON EYES

This is a very cool and rare bike in the market, Its HONDA CB1000R HRC. 2.6" PJ3 Bi-xenon projector match new production c-class shroud, we smoked the entire light to matte black include the shroud itself. It's look like full black tint if you didn't on the parking/dim light.

About the CCFL is red and white combination and to match with the HRC body color. Seriously, I got deeply poisoned by my senior on this bike when i visited TAIWAN HQ early this year and i'm also brought 1 last month, and new project on my bike will be coming out very soon! =D

HONDA CRZ WITH CUSTOMS LIGHT BAR

I just refer back to my folio, and i found this honda crz which i did last few months ago, car owner want to make some lighting into the headlamp and to match with the custom body kit.

As i suggest him do not for fancy and colorful design, just make it looks as simple as possible. So i choose the light bar and play around. 

This light bar is what i mention before, it's 8mm fiber optic, I use the same 1.5w 14v high power led as light source.

I'm disconnect the stock Position Light at the bottom, and its function replaced by light bar. I'm also upgrade the Taiwanese 40w H11 high power hid kit (55w available) to improve the light out put and performance. I feel great that car owner let me design and play around his light, pretty fun and enjoy with this.

PROTON GEN2 WITH 2.8" PJ3 BI-XENON PROJECTOR RETROFIT + DRL

PJ3 Bi-Xenon projector is our best seller product since 2010 (after e46 production), even today it's still the Highest Lumens aftermarket projector lens (73300 cd /40w hid kit).

We are always not satisfy with status quo, and we try our best to make the productions better and better. And now we are release a new projector shroud for PJ series projector (since Jan 2013), the idea of the shroud design  is actually come from Mercedes Benz c-class. 

CCFL is the production which already 10 years time in the market, and i believe that many of you weary those headlamp with CCFL design, that's like very command car lighting on the road and just like everybody have it. CCFL is the best material which for heat resistance and long lasting.

Now we using the CCFL and use on the new c-class shroud in different way. The CCFL light source go through the semi transparent material on the shroud, that's totally different design with what you see those CCFL headlamp on the road.  

The shroud look simple and smart isnt it? At the same time, as owner request i'm trying to make something better for the headlamp overall, so i decided to fit in 5 pcs/side of  Day Running Light in front of the signal light and it's not too much color, just in white. Feeeel just right? =)

HONDA CBR1000RR 2.2" BIXENON PROJECTOR RETROFIT WITH FIBER OPTIC

Hello guys, I didn't update the blog quite sometime due to my super duper busy schedule, we had modified quite a lot super bike recently. Today I'm going to share with you guys about 1 of my favorite work on HONDA CBR1000RR.

I'm choose 8mm fiber optic and 1.5w 14v led to make the eyes liner, force looks but not too much.

At the same time, I'm  retrofit the 2.2" bi-xenon projector for better light out put, it's run with 40w high power hid kits.

PROTON SAGA BLM WITH PJ3 BI-XENON PROJECTOR WITH DRL

This is the 1st time i did the 1.5w drl for saga blm model. Looks pretty with complete work. haha!

1st, have to measure the space which i want to apply the drl module, and base on the quantity of the led, marked and sit the drl properly on the surface, and i partly smoked the chrome rs cover with the high temp spray paint.

BLM reflector is big, so it can fit in biggest 2.8" bi-xenon projector easily, and its looks huge into the reflector.

After projector fit into the reflector, join the RS cover back to the back cover. Partly smoked design the headlamp doesn't looks too dark. 



daaalannnnggg! The complete work! 5pcs of 1.5w drl and bi-xenon pj3 projector + angel eyes!

PROTON SATRIA NEO PJ5 BI-XENON PROJECTOR RETROFIT

This post i'm going to share Proton Satria Neo with PJ5 bi-xenon projector replacement into stock headlamp, if you own a Satria neo i believe that you have the same problem with the headlamp which light output weak and short distance lighting coverage (even using hid cant really get what you expect). Great is the car owner follow my blog for over 2 years and he is now decide give a try out on his headlamp.

After dismantle the headlamp, i fit the pj5 projector on the bracket, it's just a small modify and the projector can fit on the stock bracket perfectly with screwed. As picture show.=)

The next step screwed back the projector on the RS cover, doesnt it look original from the picture shown? 

This's how it look like after attach it back to the headlamp hausing. no matter from front or rear side, the headlamp showing in perfectly complete without extra modified or unwanted damage.

This is complete custom-work! It's time ready for installation!

This is hows the pj5 bi-xenon projector light out put and light coverage. doesnt it your expectation? =)

This is the outlook after projector retrofit, as owner do not want those fancy, so i just keep the original look with projector replacement. From outside you cant even realize this headlamp arld had replaced the stock projector.

MAZDA BT-50 BI-XENON PROJECTOR + DRL

Mazda BT-50 is the new mazda truck model which launch in malaysia last year(2012), i heard that alot of the complain about the stock headlamp design with the huge piece of the orange signal cover. Here is the chance that i got couple order from reseller, and re-design the bt-50 headlamp.

For my design, 1st i will definitely remove the disgusting orange color signal cover!

After dismantle the front headlamp cover, separate the inner part and take out the reflector bowl for projector retrofit.

This is part of my design, which is smoked the reflector bowl to matte black color and this way make the projector lens more outstanding from the headlamp.

After remove the orange color signal cover, i also smoked the signal part into matte black, and apply 4pcs of 1.5w drl each side on the RS cover. As the background color matte black, the drl is like few diamond in the headlamp. haha! The DRL showing like double raw due to the chrome/mirror surface, its look pretty cool.

The final part which join all the separate part back in complete headlamp, ccfl and drl testing before send out the headlamp.

This is 1 of the customer car with the new headlamp look, how is it? a big different before custom work rite? The whole headlamp into black only the chrome lining part (rs cover) surround the projector.

The nemo shark, which is sent from my customer. does them looks a like? XD

TOYOTA ALTIS VERSION 10.5 PJ3 BI-XENON PROJECTOR WITH FIBER OPTIC

This is Toyota Altis facelift (version 10.5), car owner want to do something with the headlamp but not too fancy. So i suggest a basic projector design with fiber optic and darken the outlook of the headlamp to make it looks more outstanding.

1st, as usual that dismantle the front headlamp cover, and remove the reflector for projector retrofit work. Toyota Altis reflector bowl deep enough, so that i use the biggest pj3 2.8" bi-xenon projector fit into it and use epoxy to stick it on reflector bowl. For the universal projector shroud we have to do small modify(trim) to fit it up perfectly as above picture show.

As i mention about the darken headlamp outlook to make it more outstanding. I'm using the 600'c degree high temp spray paint for the paint job, let say if you go for normal spray paint (MYR 5 to 7), the paint cant last longer, for my experience will be peel off after sometime.  Spray paint job have to make it 2 layer which is base color and clear coat.

 For the fiber optic material we are imported from taiwan (lightmaster), after paint surface dry up(45mins to 1hour - gloss black), now is the time to do the fiber optic marking and fit it on the RS cover. (it's pretty hard and patiently work) .

The final part, make sure everything clean and clear perfectly inside the headlamp, join it back and put into oven waiting for installation.

Final testing before install on car, yup everything working perfectly! now is the time for headlamp installation.

Da~Dang!! This the complete work after all the tough time (retrofit work), what do you think about the EYE? Attractive? =D

For this project, i spend about 9 hours, and i marked myself 100%!  I just cant stop taking picture with different angel of the headlamp for my collection/folio. HAHA!  Hope you guys like it too!
