KAWASAKI had the largest big bike market in malaysia, Z800 is the hottest selling bike in kawasaki since end of 2012, its over 6000 units in malaysia market right now. This is one of our demo bike, We do try the lighting performance at night with a dark street since we got the bike, If your z800 owner, you will be feel the same way which is the speed over 110-120km/h and during dark road/street without any street light, it's totally not enough to cover the further view(which is over 40meters), It's not confidence for most rider to ride by cant see through the further view by slightly high speed.
Z800 body shape is attractive even though its on a 800cc bike, cos of the lamp limited lamp space, Im using 2.2" pj4 h1 bi-xenon projector lens + 40w H.I.D to apply into the lamp.
Decoration part, im just add in a blue CCFL into the projector and white CCFL surrounding the shroud. After fit the projector into the headlamp, surprisingly the projector looks bigger than what i expect. Fitting and spacing management pretty well with 2.2" projector.
As picture shown is the light output and brightness of the Pj4 projector, for the light shooting distance you can adjust with what you like. Low beam performance on freeway/ highway can shoot 60meters++ and high beam 100meters++, and wider view coverage for 3 lanes.
