ALL-NEW MAZDA 6 WITH 2.8" PJ5 BI-XENON PROJECTOR + LIGHT BAR

All-New Mazda 6, This is 2.0cc version which comes with H11 halogen projector, as car owner own a Mazda 3 2.0cc version before his new m6, which comes with bi-xenon projector lens that he used to it. Of cause the Halogen projector cannot fulfill him anymore. He is looking for something similar and powerful output projector kit. As he's our blog's follower, and decide to give us a chance to work it out. =D

I fitted the PJ5 H7/D2S projector lens to replaced the stock projector, New Mazda 6 doesn't easy to dismantle the front headlamp cover as it's run with "cold/hard seal", We spend almost 4 hours just to dismantle the cover by using special tools with very low damage.

Car own required to do something similar with 2.5cc version DRL, so i suggest to go for dual function LED Light Bar (chinese kit) and 4 pcs of Side Marker Light to replace the dim/parking light function. The Side Marker Light super bright isn't? It's 1.5w 14v smd.

The Led Light Bar is really outstanding during night time, and I apply 55w high power hid kit run with the PJ5 projector lens. The light output hit as high as 104800cd, extremely strong light output without glaring to incoming traffic.

PJ5 projector setup is so much powerful to compare to Mazda 6 2.5cc Bi-xenon kit. Mazda 6 2.5cc highest spec bi-xenon projector with 35w HID system, and our setup on this light to make the it run with stock high beam reflector + 55w Bi-xenon projector kit. It's serve in better lighting performance/coverage, no matter low beam or high beam.

As above picture show that the low and high beam light output, From the upper picture we can see the light get though at least 8 columns+, it's about 8 meters between each column, Its equal to about 64meters ++ on low beam! and the lower picture is to show the high beam light output, from the car distance to the end of the wall's distance at least 100meters++ and end of the wall is full coverage of light you can see the picture clearly. PJ5 serve impressing lighting coverage, don't you agree? =D
